Sure. We use PayPal to handle payment thus we do not know, nor do we need your credit card or bank account info.

Most of the orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after the order is made. Some big packages are delayed for 1-2 days because we ALWAYS test each item before shipment. But normally the delay is no more than 3 days as we have an experienced & dedicated shipping department.

For the package no more than 2kg, we use Hong Kong Airmail, otherwise it's by EMS(Express Mail Service). You can have us ship by FedEx/DHL/UPS if you don't mind the extra cost. You are welcome to contact our Customer Service Department for more information.

Normally, after shipment, for Airmail it takes
5-15 working days to arrive for customers from US/CA/England/Australia/NZ and most of the west European and Asian countries.
10-18 working days to arrive for customers from Italy/Spain/Russia and most of the east European countries.
18-45 working days to arrive for customers from Brazil and most of the South American countries.
for EMS it takes
2-7 working days to arrive for customers from US/CA/England/Australia/NZ and most of the west European and Asian countries.
4-10 working days to arrive for customers from Italy/Spain/Russia and most of the east European countries.
5-10 working days to arrive for customers from Brazil and most of the South American countries.
Note: the delivery depends on the distance between your place and Hong Kong, and the efficiency of the customs of your country(restrict or not)

All the products are FREE SHIPPING/HANDLING so there's no shipping discount. You don't need to worry about any hidden cost.

Hong Kong is a FREE PORT, the Hong Kong Gov doesn't charge any Sales Tax or Export Tax, thus we don't charge any tax. We will declare the package as gift at low declared value, normally there's no(or little) Import Tax.
The customs of your country might charge you on customs, so you might want to know more about the policy of your country. You will have to take the customs if there's any. When you place the order, you can specify the customs details(the type of goods and the value) so as to avoid taxes.

If for some reason you're not satisfied with our service or product quality, please contact us within 3 days after you get the package, you can return the products to us in original package and we will FULL refund your money after we get the package!(You should responsible for the return shipping)
2. No-Question-Asked Replacement!
Although we test each item and they are packed professionally, few item(less than 0.1%) might be damaged during the shipping. You are welcome to contact us within 3 days after you receive your package about replacement.
3. Repair
Some items might be broken caused by improper use, we are always happy to offer any helpful repair service. Of course, you can send the broken items back to us and we will help you resolve the situation and charge reasonable repair fees.

For some of the products we offer the 'Package' option. By default, the package is not selected so that we can save shipping cost thus we can offer lower price to our dear customers like you. If you choose the 'No Package' option, we will NOT ship the package to you.
And, to avoid potential quality issue, we always test each item when we get them from suppliers, and then we test them again before we ship them, thus sometimes we need to open the packages. And some items come without the package when we get them from supplier, so sometimes you will also get the item without the package, but all items we sell are in BRAND NEW condition, please don't worry about that.
