Pros: good laser for the price.
light with a good feel and good solid click to the switch.
well made and no lose feel to the focal wheel |
|
Cons: no too sure if the lens are made of glass, if not then it would make an improvement if your up graded to glass. |
|
Overall: this is my second green laser from this company. the first being the 50mw and now the 200mw, both green.
I am very impressed by the performance.
the 200mw is very bright, and does all the usual burning tests. matches, ballon popping and black or dark plastics.
Ideal for star pointing and lots of other things. |

Pros: Bright. Easy focus. Solidly built. Compact. Fairly Durable |
|
Cons: The focus does take a require a lot of twisting. But this also allows for very accurate setting. Besides that its one sweet little laser |

Overall: I bought the 100mw version of this laser and was pleasantly Surprised. I bought the "HLP18130 Focusable Burning Red Laser Pointer 200mW" before this one and it had a problem with the lens. Customer service remedied the situation quickly and I got this laser on a discount. Anyway compared to the 200mw red laser this Green laser is superior in many ways. The body is more compact, it feels about 10 times as sturdy, and the pushbotton is not recessed allowing for easier access and has a definite "click" when you push it. The battery compartment screws in securely and the overall design looks downright awesome.
One thing I really liked about it was its focus. The focus ring acutally stopped moving at its closest focus of about 3 inches and at infinity. This is really nice allowing for easily adjusting the focus from burning to pointing at the stars. And this thing does both awesomely. I've lit matches, popped balloons, cut black tape and engraved into black plastic with this laser. The beam is fairly visible inside the house durinkg the day and at night inside or out its as visible as a light saber. Awesome for pointing out constellations.
Overall I'm very happy with this laser. Its decent to superb at everything it does. For sure pick up the rechargeable batteries and don't even think about buying this laser without safety glasses. Not only for protection but for really good focusing for burning. Its way too bright to really focus it without the glasses. |

Pros: This laser is super bright and very cheap! I have the 50mw version and it burns everything dark coloured and almost everything light coloured. |
|
Cons: The divergence is not so good and it spreads all over but its a very nice laser. |
|
Overall: I dont remember exactly how fast it was shipped but i think it was shipped in around 3 weeks which is logical because my country(not allowed to mention name) is small and its very far from Hong Kong.I ordered green laser safety glasses from dragonlasers.com and i recommend to everyone to buy too if they dont want to get blind. |

Pros: Great laser pointer. The 50mw version can do a. Whole lot of burning tricks. Such as lighting matches, cut tape, pop balloons. Even when the laser is unfocused, the.beam diameter is so small, it can smoke stuff unfocused. Just a great laser for 30 dollars. |
|
Cons: The focusing on this laser could be better. But the beam diameter makes up for it. This laser has terrible divergence. Which means how much the beam spreads over distance. |
|
Overall: Great laser pointer. Buy rechargeable batteries and a charger from BG also. Cr123a batteries are really expensive if bought locally. |
