This adapter fits Australian sockets just fine, although the design isn't one you'd see in an Australian store. It's cheap and cheerful and gets the job done. | | Cons:
The shape makes it a bit awkward to use - the prongs don't sit in the socket particularly tightly and the adapter doesn't hold on to the US plugs I tried it with particularly strongly so it can disconnect rather easily, sometimes even just with the weight of the plug.
It obviously doesn't have an earth connection, although that's not an issue for two prong plugs. | | Overall:
